Mark Snyder, PHW coordinator in Washington, D.C. was “officially” made a Canadian Soldier as the boys From Shilo, Manitoba presented him with Moose Antlers. Next year he will be known as Mark-Bullwinkle-Snyder. Truthfully the only thing he has ever fought was a bad cold. Nonetheless, our Canadian soldiers gave him the honour – all in good fun.
