Kruisin' with Krista - Wilderness North

Celebrating 30 Years of Wilderness North  –

Kruisin’ with Krista

I think it was Horace Greeley, who said, “Go west young man go west!” Well, that was when the territories of the U.S. were being opened up.  However, we know that once many of our guests who are traveling by car enter Canada at the Soo Locks, they too “Go West” – so here’s a tip:

Wilderness North Guest RelationsAlan and I recently stayed a great little B&B in Rossport, ON. It’s called Island Shores B&B and is operated by Jerry and Nanette Price. It features clean rooms, a quiet setting with room for six, and great views. In addition, we ate at The Serendipty. Again we were surprised with great food, and service; and a harbour view to set the scene. For those of you who don’t know Rossport is about six hours from the Soo, and two hours from Thunder Bay. There’s more information in my mini-podcast.
