Accidents happen while fishing and one of the most common ones are hooking yourself, so here is your guide on how to remove a hook from your hand/finger.

Step 1: Move the point of the hook and the barb out of the skin (following the natural curve of the hook)

Step 2: Use your pliers to cut the hook below the barb

Step 3: Move the hook back through the both holes, and clean/bandage the cuts
