Memories Made at Makok - Wilderness North

Celebrating 30 Years of Wilderness North  –

Memories Made at Makok

Coming from Columbus, OH,  the father and daughter team of Jon and Carissa headed up to Makokibatan Lodge for an seven day fishing adventure and a chance to reel in a large trophy pike. The pike were biting hard and fast, and the high cast to catch ratios enjoyed by both anglers was something completely unexpected. Amidst the quality family time spent with her dad in the boat and back at the lodge, Carissa landed a respectable 36 inch northern pike just short of her goal of reeling in a master angler…all the more reason to come back next year. I’m sure after the great trip they had this year we will be seeing them again soon.
