Zig Zag Lake

One of our premiere fisheries, Zig Zag Lake is often called Canada’s best-kept fishing secret, as this little known wonder of Northern Ontario is a great place for fishing giant northern pike in the grassy shallows and walleye near the rocky shoreline.

This outpost cabin is located at a widening of the Jackfish River, which flows from the Ogoki Reservoir to Lake Nipigon and can accommodate up to 8 people in two bedrooms with four bunks. Accommodations include Wi-Fi, washroom with shower and sink, outdoor toilet, propane stove with oven, refrigerator with top freezer and outdoor gas grill, cookware and utensils, screened in fish-cleaning station, and 14-foot SV Lund boats outfitted with 15hp Yamaha motors, padded swivel seats, minnow buckets, anchors, landing nets, and safety kit.
