Houskeeping Fly In Fishing Northern Ontario on Lake Mojikit

This quintessential Canadian wilderness fishing lodge provides access to two iconic Northern Ontario waterways, the Ogoki Reservoir and Mojikit Lake. These five deluxe cabins feature accommodations for 6 to 8, and include full washrooms with showers and flush toilets, propane stove and oven, propane fridge and freezer with ice, cookware and utensils, plus a spacious and comfortable lounge area.

The lodge is home base for some of the best fishing in the region as the Ogoki River feeds into the 24-km (15 miles) long Mojikit Lake through the Mojikit Channel, which has a very strong current at all times, making for ideal walleye fishing. Mojikit Lake’s many islands and tremendous weed beds also help to create excellent walleye fishing conditions and the nearby Summit Control Dam and Waboose Dam provide fantastic fishing opportunities for the adventurous angler.
